Sleep is a very important factor in our overall mental and physical well being. Sleep deprivation can caused weight gain, irritability, lethargy , digestive issues and even lead to more serious health complications. when we have problems in ours lives we often focused on that problem in frustration . However that focusing reinforces the problem and the negative habits perpetuating the issue. Sleep is something you try to do, and it certainly isn't' something you think about....sleep is something you allow. This audio files will reframe those suggestions in your subconscious mind, create new rituals to cue your mind into sending those signals to your body that its time to slow down, let go.
In this audio file I do not count you back up at the end in order for your mind and body to simply drift, fade, away.

Additionally here are a few tips to help you support your cd:
Limit caffeine especially 8 hrs before bed
Shut down all stimulating behaviours; checking your phone, surfing the internet, FB, TV 1-2 hours before bed
Create rituals leading up to bed to trigger your subconscious Mind to unplug and let go of the day; change into comfortable panama's, have a lingering warm shower or bath, read, have a warm non-caffeinated drink, write down on a notepad important points to consider for the next day so you can unplug your mind for the night.
Make your room an environment that promotes calm; clean sheets, warm bed, fresh air, uncluttered, not too many animals or no animals on the bed, and a dim salt lamp night light if you have anxiety or fears of the dark.
